Day 1
South Luangwa National Park
Upon your arrival at Lusaka International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our airport representative who will assist with your luggage and escorted through check-in for your domestic flight to Mfuwe Airport, located in the heart of South Luangwa National Park. The journey to Mfuwe will offer a scenic view of Zambia’s countryside, setting the tone for the adventure ahead.
Upon your arrival at Mfuwe Airport, a representative from the lodge will be there to welcome you and transfer you by road to your lodge. As you pass through the Mfuwe Gate entrance, you’ll often be greeted by the sight of hippos basking in the river. The park’s woodlands and savannah are home to hundreds of bird species, making it a haven for birdwatchers as well.

Day 2 - 3
South Luangwa National Park
The next two days will be filled with exciting game drives in South Luangwa National Park, where you’ll explore the park’s incredible wildlife during both morning and afternoon shared game drives. South Luangwa is located in a vast alluvial plain and riverine area, the most fertile part of the Luangwa Valley. The Luangwa River, often considered one of the most pristine major river systems in Africa, flows through this lush landscape, providing life to a diverse range of wildlife, plant species, and birdlife....

Day 4
Lower Zambezi National Park
After a leisurely breakfast at the lodge, you will check out and be transferred to the Mfuwe Airstrip for your flight back to Lusaka International Airport. Upon arrival in Lusaka, you will connect to a flight that will take you to the Royal Airstrip, conveniently located near Lower Zambezi National Park. Depending on your arrival time, you may have some free time to relax at the lodge, enjoy the scenic surroundings, and unwind before your afternoon game drive.

Lower Zambezi National Park
The next two days will be spent exploring the breathtaking Lower Zambezi National Park, starting with an early morning rise for a thrilling day of game viewing. You will embark on a long and exciting morning game drive, using both boats and game vehicles to navigate the diverse landscapes. The Lower Zambezi eco-system is renowned for its incredible diversity and natural beauty, with a variety of habitats nestled within a compact area, thanks to the proximity of the Zambezi River and the escarpment. The river, which flows through the park, creates a unique environment where lush floodplains meet towering cliffs, offering a range of ecosystems in a relatively small region....

- Helicopter Flights – Get a bird’s eye view of Victoria Falls and capture the full breadth of Victoria Falls, the islands, and neighboring rainforests, spot wildlife as well as the beautiful scenery of the Batoka Gorge.
- Jet Boating – Raise your adrenaline levels as you fly over the water in a powerful Jet boat and shoot down the rapids below Victoria Falls at an incredible speed of about 100 km an hour. This is a seasonal activity.

- Shared Game Drives: For unforgettable safari experience in the parks.
- Binoculars: Clients need to bring their own binoculars.
- Service Charges and Taxes: Includes current service charges, hotel taxes, and government taxes as legislated.
- Safari Vehicles: Zambia uses what we call open game viewers, Land Cruiser or Land Rover. They seat 9 – 12 people
- Beverages: Complimentary and unlimited bottled water, and soft drinks in the safari vehicles.
- Private Airport Transfers: Included upon arrival and departure, regardless of airline or time.
- Transportation & Sightseeing: Transfers, sightseeing, and game viewing as detailed in the itinerary.
- Accommodation: Preferred rooms /tents (double or single) in classic hotels, camps, and lodges as specified in the itinerary.
- Meals: Full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) while on safari; bed and breakfast in city hotels and At Victoria Falls, Dinner bed and breakfast but no lunch at the David Livingstone Safari Lodge.

Package Exclusions
- U.S. Passport holders do not require a visa to visit Zambia. You must carry the original or a certified copy of your passport.
- Travel Insurance: Coverage for unexpected events, such as trip cancellations, lost luggage or medical emergencies, is not included.
- Safari hats: Clients need to bring their own hats.
- International Flights: Airfare to and from Zambia is not included in the package.
- Tips: Gratuities for hotel, camp, lodge staff, and driver guides are not included.
- Pre and Post-Safari Tours & Excursions: Any tours or excursions before or after your safari itinerary are not included
- Optional Activities: Any Optional activities may be or not specifically mentioned in the itinerary are not included.
- Meals and Beverages: Meals and beverages other than those specified in the itinerary are not included.
- Statutory Increases: Any increases in fees or charges beyond our control (e.g., government taxes, park fees) will be your responsibility.
- Excess Baggage Charges: Charges for excess baggage levied by airlines are the responsibility of the traveler.
- Health Regulations and Requirements: Compliance with all health regulations and requirements applicable to your visit, including necessary vaccinations, is your responsibility.
- Yellow Fever Vaccination: It is mandatory to bring your vaccination certificate as proof of vaccination if travelling from a country with risks of yellow fever transmission.
