Day 1
Nairobi City
All international inbound flights should be booked to arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) in Kenya. Upon arrival, after clearing customs and immigration and collecting your luggage, proceed to the paging area outside the terminal building. There, you will find our Safari/Airport representative holding a pager with the DK Grand Safaris logo and your surname displayed below it.
After a warm welcome, our representative will assist you with your luggage, escort you to your vehicle, and transfer you to your city hotel for check-in and an overnight stay.
Nairobi is one of Africa’s most influential cities, serving as the central hub and regional headquarters for numerous commercial and financial companies. Its strategic location and major international airport make it the starting point for most safaris in East Africa.

Amboseli National Park
After breakfast check out and depart by road to Amboseli National Park which is famous for its scenery with a backdrop of snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro, (the world’s largest free-standing mountain 5,895 meters 9,340 feet) which dominates the landscape. Amboseli is also famous for its large herds of elephants, thanks to Dr. Cynthia Moss born in the USA and moved to Africa in 1968, she has lived and worked for wildlife there ever since. She has concentrated her studies on the distribution, demography, population dynamics, social organization, and behavior of the Amboseli elephants....

Amboseli National Park
The following day promises to be a highlight of your safari as you traverse the diverse terrains of Amboseli National Park. From seasonal lakes and marshlands to open plains, lava-strewn thorn bushes, and acacia woodlands, your journey will showcase the park’s stunning landscapes. Your private, professional Driver/Guide, adept at capturing the perfect “National Geographic shot,” will ensure you have the best vantage points for photography and wildlife observation.
A significant part of your adventure includes immersing yourself in the rich culture of Kenya’s nomadic Maasai people, who have skillfully preserved their traditional lifestyle despite modern pressures. After a leisurely breakfast and check-out, you will embark on game viewing as you journey to your next destination of relaxation.
